Need help with ideas to finance purchasing without credit or w2
I've been interested in real estate for many years. I haven't gotten involved due to lack of knowledge in securing funds. I've recently found a trailer park with a 15 cap that I'm interested in. The owner is willing to finance with a down payment. I assume 10-20% down. The owner is asking $450k with no negotiating. My personal credit is not very good, and I don't have nor do I see myself having that kind of money any time soon. I know there are some ways around that, but I'm not sure where to begin. Thanks for any help that may be offered.
