Obtaining a loan without seeing the property

Hi all. I have a property under contract from auction.com. It is a Wells Fargo foreclosure. The HML I was trying to use requires getting into the house for an inspection before they lend money. Wells Fargo will not allow access. Any options out there for me to obtain financing when a walkthrough before purchase is not required. TIA
