Real Estate Deal Financing
Hi BP community, I am new to BPs and to real estate investing. I am currently evaluating several real estate opportunities to buy multiple duplexes/quads in Macon and Milledgeville, Georgia (about 2hrs from Atlanta) and would like advice on financing. If the community could help me with the below questions, I would appreciate it:
1) If I buy 6 duplexes and want financing, how would conventional financing work, i.e. is this commercial?
2) What terms should I expect (interest rates, 30yr fixed?)?
3) What type of bank or loan officers would you recommend I search for/approach?
4) Does anyone have good contacts in the area?
