Physician mortgage loan - does it apply to Physician assistants ?

Hello all,

I understand that some states offer Physician mortgage loans (PML) to physician assistants depending on the state. Does anyone know if it applies to the state of Texas? And also what are your thoughts regarding PML?

Thank you for your reply. I am a physician assistant and would like to buy a multi property where I would live as my primary residence ( house hack). Is that possible to do and if so how does one get started?
