Hello, my name is Brennen. Im a new investor looking for the best advice on what to do with my money. I was thinking of purchasing a duplex for about $350k and living out on one side of the unit while renting out the other to cover most of the mortgage. I have about $32k saved was thinking of financing the duplex through a fha loan. The property is worth about $400k and I would like to put my entire saving towards the down payment, is it possible to do a cash out refinance soon after so that I can pull my money back out to invest in another property?
