Help with Doing seller contracts In Ohio and Florida

Hi everyone. I'm getting into a seller financing deal with a lady in Ohio. I would like to buy her property and have her home the financing. Does anyone have a sample seller financing contract for Ohio and Florida if possible. This would be my first time doing this and I would really like some help. Thanks to everyone on BP Nathanael
