Refinance on an Owner Financing Deal
Hello BP,
Sorry if this has been mentioned before. I tried searching but didn’t see anything on here about it.
I’m in the process of doing an owner financing deal. If there is still a loan against the house, but in the previous owner’s name can I still go to the bank and refinance against the property? Any information regarding this would be extremely helpful.
