Seeking Owner/Builder Residential Construction Loans
I am trying to find the most aggressive construction loans available for owner builder residential real estate. Does anyone out there recognize the equity in a project as part of the down payment anymore?
If you know of someone who can provide owner builder construction financing I would be interested in hearing about it.
