Is it possible to get funding for 915k????
Semi-newbie here with 3 single units under my belt. So I came across a great deal that I'm still working/verifying the numbers for. But at the end of the day someone is asking for 915k for a 21 unit/4 property package that is bringing in 13k a month. Assuming all the numbers are accurate (NOI, Cap Rate etc.) HOW can I get funding for 915k!? I'm really excited about this deal and i believe it could be a real life changer. Someone please help!
