I am still struggling. I own 5 paid off rental properties. I'm seeking a line of credit on my portfolio to get my next projects going. I have 2 properties in Toledo Ohio & 3 In Dallas TX. Is there such thing as a portfolio line of credit? If not I'm open to a portfolio loan. If anyone has any experience with any of this. Please point me in the right direction.

Thanks

When I was talking with Corevest, they mentioned an acquisition line of credit.  Check them out, too.  Might help you scale~
