Starting out Investing in Metro Detroit Area fix and rent or fli
I am currently living in Eastpointe, MI and I am currently looking for any advice on getting started. I would like to buy and fix up being that I am very handy. I would also like to use the single family homes as rentals. I work full time, and I have good credit, my issue is I don't have a lot of capital for start up. Any advice would be appreciated.
