Small Home Lenders? Do you they exist?

Hi BP,


I'm interested in SFR home that is under $60K sale price. Do lenders work with loans that are this small? I've spoken to my main lender he said that their firm do not touch anything under $100K sale price.

Curious if you guys know of any that do small loans?
