New to real estate investing and BP

Manoj Mathew
Posted

Hi I am new to real estate investing. I had some old 401 k that I am planning to use by rolling over into a Solo 401 k with an LLC to invest. I have been educated that only non-recourse loan can be used.

I came across this turn key provider SDIRA wealth group.

1) Has anyone heard about this company and what have been your experience with them in investing?

2) Are there lenders out there who can provide non-recourse loans? What kind of interest rates are we looking at with non-recourse?

3)  I am hearing that non-recourse loans requires higher down payments if thats the case what class of properties should I stick to.( ClassB, ClassC, Class D)

Thanks in advance for your advise.

Here is more information regarding non-recourse loans:

All things being equal a non-recourse lender will require more down, higher interest rate, shorter term, etc. given that there only recourse is the collateral.
