Purchase with LLC, Refi with Personal

Hi,

I haven't been able to find anything out there where a property was first purchased by an LLC and then deeded to personal and kept in personal name. The property was originally purchased by an LLC because it was a requirement by the private lender.

Has anyone had any experience with this? Does it create any sort of taxable event? Any issues dissolving the LLC?

Thanks,

Trevor
