good paying job, no credit no debt, need loan to fix n refinance

@OUSMANE BANGOURA having NO credit isn't so bad really. Having BAD credit is. There are plenty of loans out there that will lend to you with NO credit. They usually based the loan terms on the property itself. Now, you will receive a better interest rate with a good score. So if you want to start establishing credit then do that now, but if you have a property in mind or want to start investing right away then DO NOT start establishing credit as it may affect your approval. So ask around for some good "non-traditional" lenders or "portfolio" or "commercial" lenders. Ask some local REI clubs (if you live close to some) or even post in your home state forum here on Bigger Pockets (they have pretty good state forums here that many local people monitor).
