EMD [Earnest Deposit]

Is their any EMD funding for beginner wholesaler? And if not, how can I negotiate the deposit? So far the deposits they want is 5k minimum, I know someone who only put $100 as for the escrow deposit and I'd like to know how to be exact.

@Tyyota Germain Yeah, the problem is you’re dealing with informed sellers/agents.  If you want the $100 EM deals you need ignorant sellers....off market.
