Can one purchase a house with hard money and also get a loan from a credit union for renovation?

I would imagine you could, somehow.  IMO, when you have to get creative with purchasing a property it just means you aren't ready.  Be patient and save up the cash you need so you don't need to get creative.

For the most part, the need to be creative means you are entering into a riskier proposition.
