Help with portfolio acquisition/financing ideas

Hello BP Nation. I have a deal in the works and could use some ideas on acquiring a 5 property deal consisting of 2 duplexes and 3 single family houses. I have bought and sold several houses using conventional financing as well as bank loans. I’ve been told “find the deal and the financing will come”!
