Buying a Guarantor?
Hi Folks -
New to the BP site and love it! I've been wanting a place with RE peers for mutual advice and learning. (I've introduced myself over in the new member topic).
Here is my question - I am looking to do a deal but currently cannot provide a guarantee to the debt provider. My investor is putting in about 22% of the deal as cash - so asking for a guarantee on top of that would be a spoiler.
Does anybody know of an investor that provides guarantees as a service to developers? If so...any thoughts on typical rates / fees and how it is structured?
