Floating Cabins as an investment
My Husband and I have been looking into floating cabins as an airbnb rental. We are trying to see if the numbers can make sense. We've done the research and looked into loans. Our biggest question is this: is there a way to finance this without it being a personal loan or carrying such high intrest? I'm having a hard time finding a work around and could use some creative thinking. If you have invested in the floating cabin space we would love some feedback.
