Fha loan on a duplex, once side hasFreDamage otherSide isLivable

There is a house that was made a duplex, one duplex has fire damage, that i plan to repair, the other side js livable. I want to get an fha loan but since its the same structure i’m worried i wouldnt get approved for the fha on the one side that is livable, ofcource it would be the purchase of both sides
