Hard Money Lenders in Houston TX
Hi, like a lot of people in here I'm trying to get into the real estate game, but my only problem is that I'm at a loss when it comes to finding a hard money lender. Does anyone know of a hard money lender in the Houston area? Oh, and by the way, I'll be needing a lender with lots of faith...I have an LLC, but it's fairly new, only a yr old with not a lot of financial history. So, any help or advice would be much appreciated.
