Odds of getting approved
What are my odds of getting approved for a mortgage with: $52k/year salary, Only one year w2 work history (I went to school for the field I'm working in and I heard if you graduated and work in that same field it can be counted it as a year of work history, not sure how true that is), and 46% DTI no way to get that one down I barley have debt but it's that high with my rent. Oh and 620 credit. 20k saved ?
