Using (personal) line of credit for real estate investment
Hi fellows - I actually have access to $100k of personal line of credit. Wanted to seek your thoughts on what'd be the best way to use this credit? I already have one investment property and am exploring to expand my portfolio ... any suggestion and ideas would be appreciated.
