Picking Brains about creative financing....
We are negotiating an off market deal of 5 total doors between 2 lots, with one owner.
Is there anyone here well versed in creative financing that I can pick their brain about how to structure this?
PP is going to be $1.2M+ and we'd like to have owner carry some of the debt ideally, in order to not have to put 20-25% down on the purchase....
Anyone willing to jump on a call with me to run through options on structuring?
