recommendations for lenders
Dear members, I'm buying my first rental property in a week and need to find lenders. The cost $60k, rehab $5k. I'm putting down $15k of my own money and want to finance the rest and rehab amount. I was looking at personal loans as the amount is less for HML. Already checking rates at LightStream, SoFi and DCU. kindly advise on any other good options. Thank you.
