What others are seeing for down payments, interest rates, and loan terms for residential multifamily under 4 units?

Thanks

@William Coet For a standard non-occupied (rental property) loan, 25% down, 3.5% - 4% for a 30 year fixed.

I just did a cash out refi on a rental duplex, 4.4% because it's cash out, 0 points, $900 documentation fee.
