Cedar Rapids accountant / tax person?
2020 was my first year owning investment property. I would love to meet with and hire a good accountant and /or tax professional who specializes in real estate investing. Previously, I had always used TurboTax for my w2 job and that was sufficient, but now that I have property I want to be sure I’m getting all the benefits of the tax code I can legally.
Any recommendations of such individuals near Cedar Rapids would be helpful. Thanks.
