Can I use an Airbnb to get an EB-5 Green Card?

Planning to do this in South Carolina.

I was thinking using an Airbnb property to attain my EB-5 Green Card. (I might also purchase a Jersey Mike's Franchise in addition.) One of the rules is that you can't exclusively purchase a primary residence, but we would maintain our Canadian Driver's Licence. We would use this place 1 month out of the year, and Airbnb the rest.

1. Will Airbnb/VRBO allow this.

2. The Jersey Mike's provides the job total that is needed but could I put the Jersey Mike's and the Airbnb in the same LLC
