(As someone new to real estate investing & who just purchased their first multifamily rental in 2021) When it comes time to file taxes, (for those of you who've had more experience) do you find that most things can be done competently by a standard CPA or that you needed to find an accountant that really specializes in real estate? I want to make sure I dont end up having to pay more than I would have had to or end up finding out that there were things I missed out on because the CPA was unaware of them

Following because I would like to know as well. Doing them myself the past two years has got me in a bit of a jam.
