Hello,
I own one property in Baltimore, MD that I purchased and did a self renovation on. I have since moved to Florida where I am looking to purchase ( in negotiations) a duplex and do a "BRRRR" on. I have a HELOC on property #1 for the down payment. I have not claimed property #1 on taxes and with the future addition of property two will need tax planning, strategy and preparation for the next phase of this real estate journey.
Can anyone recommend a professional who is taking on new clients?
