looking for Real Estate Attorney

Looking to purchase middle-large acre unimproved land in middle Tennesse - need to understand options for purchase/finance/etc and restrictions for zoning or parceling to family members and/or selling.  Also need to know options for property sale in Az going directly to land purchase in TN as well as new construction on land once purchased.  Az financial adviser recommended this site and that needed real estate attny with AZ and TN laws and Realtor as well as tax advisor.  Recommendations welcome!
