Starting an LLC in Wyoming but doing business in Arkansas
I'm not sure how to get more information on the laws and regulations in place pertaining to starting an LLC in Wyoming and conducting real estate investment business in Arkansas. It is probably less of a headache to start my company in the same state but taxes in Arkansas are over 9%. Thanks!

I opened an LLC in Arkansas, because it is easier for me, and I am not famous enough nor risky enough to hide my identity. The hassle jus wasn't worth the benefit to me.
