OG BP episode where the guest sang a song about lawsuits at end

Hi All, I am racking my brain trying to remember the episode where the guest sang a song about protecting yourself with contractors. This was several years ago (I think right near the time David started on the show). He suggested a one page document that you should have anyone sign who is working on your properties. I've used the BP search and google with no luck. Thank you to people with better recall than me.
