I'm in need of a great & experienced CPA in the state of Florida, that is also a real estate investor who can be attentive and help me with all my questions, prompt & professional. I need assistance with all my tax planning, 2021 taxes, and review some taxes from past years. I need help structuring my properties correctly with LLC's and set up my bookkeeping correctly.

Please do not answer if you are too busy or don't have the time, or take a long time getting things done. I am looking for a long-term relationship whom I can do all my investing and accounting needs with for years to come.
