Purchasing a house from a Church zoned Religious/Church

Hi BP team, I have a single family home currently used by a priest of a Church in NJ. The Hard Money Lender I'm using mentioned they can't lend unless I get this zoned "Residential use ". I'm seeking help on where I should start to have this re-zoned?

Any help is much appreciated!

Thanks

Jon

@Jonathan Cevallos I would call the city or the city planner. They should have a better idea!
