Looking for an attorney that can draft wholesale contracts
Hey,
I am looking for a wholesale-friendly attorney that can draft a purchase and sale agreement contract as well as an assignment contract. I want to have a lawyer draft these documents just to make sure I am up to date with any New Jersey laws that may concern wholesaling.
I am in the Livingston, North Jersey area.
