New LLC (2022) - Bought Land to Build LTR (to be build in 2023) - Do I need CPA?

I am new to real estate investing and wondering if I need a CPA this year or can continue to do it my self with software such as TurboTax (how I've always done it in the past)?

I am employed full time but started an LLC in 2022 to start my real estate investing business (part time). I purchased 2 pieces of land in Florida (I live and work in IL) and will start building on them in 2023. Haven't collected rent or started the build in 2022.

Any recommendations for CPA?  Have people used NCH - they have been advertising their Tax services.
