Tax assessment decreased in error

I own a quadraplex and the county just did a reassessments of tax values.  Mine just dropped from 150k to 50k.  Everyone else in the county is complaining that their assessments went up by 75%-100%.  I was expecting mine to go up to between 250k-300k.  After looking over the assessment it looks like they entered a dwelling value of $0.  The question is should I reach out to the county tax assessor and point out their error?  or should I just enjoy the good luck until the next assessment?

I would feel the need to contact the municipality and inform them of the error. Not because I love taxes (quite the opposite) but because I wouldn't expect the government to go with an error in my favor once the mistake is eventually uncovered - because it probably will be at some point.

We already have a bunch of great ways to save on taxes that are fully within the bounds of the tax code. Can't get too greedy. As the saying goes, pigs get fat & hogs get slaughtered.
