Looking for a CPA to help with both US and out of country real estate investment tax strategy and preparation. Remote and Local CPAs are both fine. Thanks!

@Linda Weygant is the expert on Real estate and international tax.

I don't beleive she's taking on any clients for 2022 clients right now, But if you're lucky she may take you on for 2023.

Thanks for the mention, Natalie.  I've got a wait list for folks after 4/18.  At this point, I recommend that people do the following:

1.  Reach out to me for a link to my post season calendar.

2.  Request an extension for yourself at https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/extension-of-time-to-file-your-tax-return

  1. Remember, an extension of time to file is not an extension of time to pay. If you think you will owe either federal or state taxes, you should make a payment with your extension request.
  2. 3.  If we discover that we have additional availability before the April 18 deadline, we will reach out to you to get clients onboarded
