Looking for a consultation regarding fire casualty and tax reporting

We had an unfortunate arson fire in our commercial shop last February.  We received insurance payments, completed renovations, and re-rented the two shop bays.  I have done our taxes for years and would just like to have a consultation with someone well-versed in casualties to be sure I have all the correct forms and calculations.  It appears we will have a gain I would, of course, like to minimize!

Thank you,

Christine
