Looking for Real Estate Bookeeper and CPA in New Mexico

Hi,

I am looking for a RE CPA hopefully with bookkeeping service as well. I need to do cost segregation and someone who can explain to me how I can get as much tax deductions every year. I am doing my bookkeeping by myself and I am overwhelmed. I filed for extension this year. I need to get this off my plate. Thank you in advance.
