Setting Up Wyoming LLC Help
Looking to setup my Wyoming Holding LLC company. If I dont plan to operate any business in Wyoming, is a Tax ID necessary? Looking to outsource this service, and want to only have do things that I really need. I am thinking , Annual Report Compliance, Phone Service, and Mail forwarding. Does that sound about right?
I dont feel like paying for these services that upsell me on everything imaginable!!!
