Legislation pending to "fix" toxic titles in Massachusetts: this may help improve inventory
If you are a MA investor, you've probably heard of the Ibanez ruling, and maybe have even been impacted by it. Hundreds of properties can't be bought, sold or financed due to the title issues created.
Legislation is now pending to partially solve the problem. Attorney Richard Vetstein spoke at Black Diamond last year, and has published a blog on the subject: read it here
It would be interesting to hear from any BP investors who have properties in Massachusetts tied up in limbo because of Ibanez.
