@Robert Grbac I don't think it necessarily matters where your tax strategist is located provided they have a strong background in real estate, in particular, structuring rental property LLC's with holding company (management) LLC and demonstrate that they have the software tools and capability to work remotely.
There are 20 + real estate tax pros commenting in this forum. Find one that is commenting on this specific subject, and/or demonstrates knowledge of KC market, and DM them.
