Newbie investor in the DMV area looking for CPA consultation

I am in search of an ideal real estate investment strategy that aligns with my current circumstances. My initial understanding suggests that Short-Term Rentals (STR) might be the appropriate route for me, however, my knowledge on this is quite rudimentary and I have numerous questions I need to address before making a decision. I would greatly appreciate it if any CPA is available for a brief introductory phone call for consultation, but if that's not possible, communicating via direct messaging would also suffice.
