Hi Everyone,

I wanted to know if it was okay when talking to people to say that I am a member of a national real estate investing community with access to people with vast experience, expertise and available financing.

Or perhaps there is another way of putting it?

Who is it that you'd be saying this to,and more importantly why? If it's a motivated seller that you're looking to buy from I honestly don't think they'll care. They just want to sell, if anything this may be counter productive as they may see you as "fatcat RE guys". Otherwise I still don't know that it would be really helpful in many cases.
