Leases in plain english

I am a recent law school grad.  I have been reading books on better writing, but don't have exposure to "transactional" documents (loans, leases, contracts, etc.).  I was wondering if anybody had examples of clearly- or poorly-written documents from their real estate deals.  I would appreciate anything you are willing to share.

Thanks.
