Hi all,

what issues or disadvantages will appear if an foreign investor starting to invest in US into SFH in two different states?

Strategy would be to buy cash flow SFH - Fourplex, e.g. in Philadelphia (Pennsylvania) and New Jersey, privately owned (no LLC or simlar)

Thx Andreas

I'll give a foreign national the same advice I would a US citizen who is a new investor...focus on a single market to start. Once you have become an expert in that market, then think about adding an additional market to your footprint.
