Note Buyer - Need Tampa Foreclosure Attorney Recommendation

I'm assisting a friend who has a contract to buy a non-performing note on a property in the Tampa area. He has also structured a cash-for-keys deal with the borrower.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good (& affordable) foreclosure attorney who works with note buyers. My friend needs some guidance on best way to structure the deal.

I appreciate any recommendations.
